The 1899 Black Eagle Silver Certificate is a great note, no question about it.  But there are many 1000's if not 10,000's of them extant.  However,
this
"Black Eagle" Advertising Note is UNIQUE in the annals of paper money collecting - in many decades of collecting, we've never seen anything else like it.
It was printed in post-WW1 era Germany, during the Weimar Republic, Germany's first democratic government.  The country's economy was on a roller coaster, going from Depression to Hyper-Inflation to relative stability in a period of just 4 years, while its political and social climate was anything but stable as street clashes erupted between rival factions vying for power, including Communists and the NSDAP (google if that term is unfamiliar to you).
The issuer was one Wilhelm Lars, a savvy wine/liquor merchant located on the corner of Mozart and Bach Streets in Hamburg (the city's "Composer Quarter"), whose shop was complete with a "Klubzimmer" (club room). The "inflated" 00 denomination was an eye grabber as the Dollar was all-powerful against the German Mark at the time.
Equally if not even more engrossing, ingenious and entertaining is the reverse which uses black humor to lay bare the true state of human affairs then - and even now!

Children - unruly, wild
Those Eager to Get Married - apartmentless.

The Search for Pleasure (hedonism) - excessive, without limit.
Literature - shallow, dissolute, without character (i.e. pulp fiction).
Art - breadless (leading to starvation).
Termination (being fired) - without notice.
Criticism - boundless.
Thinking - senseless, pointless.
