    1863 Legal Tender Fr 95b PCGS Very Choice New-64 PPQ
    A very attractive early Legal Tender. A more than ample border includes a partial plate number at the top. Vivid color blends with premium white paper. Vignettes include then current President Lincoln at left and a bald eagle with shield in the center. The reverse offers an intricate and ornate design. This type is seldom seen without edge splits and other minor problems as the paper used was quite thin. This example is issue free and provides excellent eye appeal. A must have and welcome addition to a serious collection of paper money or American history.
