Great for Trooper Beer Collectors!
Trooper Brasil IPA beer was created and developed with Bruce Dickinson, who in addition to Iron Maiden vocalist is a pilot, entrepreneur, fencer and brewer, along with the Cavalcanti brothers: our crazy brewer, chemist, CEO, crazy and disheveled Samuel Cavalcanti and the brewer Paulo Cavalcanti.
After Bodebrown produced four beers on the British Isle between 2014 and 2018, earning two gold medals at festivals in the Queen's lands, Bruce learned of Bode's nectar. In November 2018, he invited to develop a new Trooper recipe, especially for Iron Maiden and Bodebrown fans with a very Brazilian and tropical DNA. A Brazil Trooper.
After the challenge of understanding the wishes and intentions of the brewers Bruce and the Cavalcanti's brothers, came the first meeting to present the first samples in April 2019 in Paris, France. There, it became clear the need for the approximation of Brazilian DNA, something with the aroma of Brazilian fruits such as cocoa and mango.
Brazil IPA Beer with 5% alcohol and low bitterness, with four types of malt, a Blend in the Dry-Hopping of the hops (Sorachi, Ace, Amarillo and Sabro) and cocoa Nibs from the city of Ilhéus (Bahia), materializing the expected and mild malt flavor, white bread and aromas with subtle hints of cocoa, white chocolate and mango.
