Description
This is an 1891 Treasury Note. That makes it one of the cheaper varieties of notes with Lincoln's first Secretary of War, Stanton, on the front. The more expensive version is the 1890 with the ornate back. The signatures are Tillman and Morgan, so this is a Fr 351. This note has been graded by PMG as Very Fine 35 with a comment about a stain lightened. You don't have to take my word for the grade of the note, you can trust PMG.
