Description
This is an 1891 Treasury Note. That makes it one of the open back variety of notes with Civil War General Thomas on the front. The more expensive version is the 1890 with the ornate back. The signatures are Tillman and Morgan, so this is a Fr 363. This note has been graded by PMG as Very Fine 25. You don't have to take my work for the grade of the note, you can trust PMG.
