For auction is this mega rare 1890 One Dollar Treasury Note. This rare note features a vignette of Edwin Stanton who held several key government post including Secretary of War in Lincoln's cabinet. This note is Fr.347 with the rare signature combination of Rosecrans and Huston. This was the first signature combination in the series. These notes are much more rare than the more common 1891 Treasury Note. In our opinion this note is a
