    Description

    An estate found, antique (we believe to be
    ) nineteenth century solid silver reliquary pendant with relics under glass and an embossed INRI Crucifix on the back
    . Under glass it reads:
    S J de S / S J de C / BI 711-772
    . We believe it to be French as the border of the case on both sides have winged double cherub heads.
    The case  is unmarked but has been tested (by us) and is guaranteed to be solid silver, and although we have no method of determining the exact purity it’s most likely 900.
    Condition:
    the pendant has not been cleaned or polished. Numerous tiny dings around the perimeter of the edge. Wear to the cherub’s faces under magnification with a 10X loupe.
