    SCCS # B-140:
    ANA 1990 souvenir card (BEP) depicting the face of the Series 1891 00 Silver Certificate.  The vignette at the left is "Liberty" while the portrait at the right is William L. Marcy, who served as Governor of New York, Senator, Secretary of War and Secretary of State.  The vignette of Liberty was engraved by C. Burt while the portrait of Marcy was engraved by Charles Schlecht.
