SCCS # B-144:
HSNA 1990 souvenir card (BEP) featuring a Series 1874 Legal Tender Note.  The portrait of Benjamin Franklin was engraved by Charles Burt based on a portrait by Duplessis.  The vignette titled "America" at right was also engraved by Burt.
Includes a cancelled stamp from visitors enter  On Nov. 8 1990
