Filigree Cross Locket Pendant w/Chain & Box Heart Shaped Miraculous Medal NICE

Description

A NICE ensemble is offered here, consisting of an oval silver plated locket pendant with its original matching chain, and containing a miniature heart shaped Miraculous Medal- all presented in a white snap-shut presentation box. The pendant locket is 3/4" long with separately applied filigree metalwork on the front portion and a slightly raissed budded trefoil cross in the center, which produces a bit of shadow effect on the chrome surface underneath it. The interior is recessed and perfectly holds a tiny 3/8" long heart shaped Miraculous Medal with the Madonna image on its front displayed in blue lucite and with the traditional Marian Monogram on the reverse. The open/close clasp on the locket is very strong and it is attached to an 18 1/2" fancy link metal chain with good working safety clasp system. I think this is silver plate over brass or  nickel but there is no information on the jewelry as to origin or maker. The locket and chain come in a 2 1/2 by 3 1/4" white presentation box. The jewelry is probably contemporary in age, never been used, and graded in Near MINT condition, although the white presentation box shows a bit of very light wear.
