    They are 7.5 inches high when fully inflated.
    Easy to inflate, deflate and adjust for firmness with a straw (not included). They have a nice soft surface. I've used them on numerous multi-day backpacking trips.  They also make a great travel pillow as well as a disposable pillow for medical situations which they are designed for.   It is assumed you're finicky about your pillow at home and there is no way this pillow will match the feel of your comfy down pillow you use every night.
