A collection you don't want to miss!!
The combination of red, yellow, and orange is just extraordinary. Much rarer than the similar 1922 series. This is a note I can rarely get my hands on, and lucky to get one every two or so years. Most known examples are plagued with problems such as red seal faded to pale pink, and reverse orange oxidized to a brownish color
. This awesome example has neither of those problems. Nice original problem free examples are few and far between.
This is a great opportunity here. This example shows only light circulation and has awesome eye appeal(see enlarged scans). Gem centering. Red seal is brilliant on this example and not faded to pink like so many seen. Reverse orange color is extremely vibrant and hasn't oxidized brown. Paper is bright and crisp with bold inking. Sharp edges and corners. Just an awesome example of this rarely seen issue!
