This is the rare Napier/McClung signature variety. Over 14  times rarer than Speelman/White. These statistical rarities are a great choice to buy and put away. Extremely beautiful and very popular issue. This example only circulated briefly and the evidence is very minimal(see enlarged scans). Paper is bright and crisp with bold inking. Reds are vibrant and not faded to pink like so many seen. Sharp edges and nice square corners
