Smith, 27th Governor of West Virginia, Inauguration Coin, 01/19/1965!  Nice collectible token on the rare side of hard-to-find!  My photos skills are lacking as this token is in better shape than the out-of-focus pic shows!  Hulett Smith was the Democratic Governor of West Virginia from 1965-1969!
