This auction is for a complete, custom, J&JSporting soft foam rocket, KNA, KUSH, or Nerf rocket launcher kit, for use in Paintball, Airsoft, and Milsim games.
These have adjustable range, by depending on the air pressure that you use.
All parts are rated for over 1,000 PSI, the chamber is made from a DOT3AL shatterproof aluminum cylinder.
These launch soft foam Nerf rockets, KNA foam rockets, and Airsoft or Paintball grenade rounds.
We also are a KNA dealer for Kush Nation Armory KNA rockets!
These have about a 450 foot / 150 yard range, very formidable. (many launchers are advertised to only shoot 60-100 feet, not 150 yards)
These are quieter, and run on less pressure, and have five times the range of those green gas grenade type launchers.
If you don't want to spend 0, or can't find a Havoc, these will keep you competitive in the meantime!
Apparently, the lower pressure, with a more gradual push, in a longer barrel, is why these launchers have typically been more accurate than many of the higher pressure, shorter barreled launchers, and are also the #1 choice for scenario 'Tank' main guns. (especially with fast loading, inline, sliding breech -shhh)
We also have OTHER launchers that feature carbon fiber, aluminum, or brass valves to meet insurance and or field requirements.
We are patent pending, and we DO have UPC, and ASIN codes, as required by some regulations,  so as an insured manufacturer, our launchers are allowed where homemade launchers are banned.
These are made in the USA, at our brick & mortar Paintball Park and Pro-shop, with in-house Airsmiths.
All of our Rev. 9.5 Launchers feature a non-PVC, fiber reinforced, shatterproof
composite valve, as well as the shatterproof, pressure rated aluminum air
storage chamber.

Other improvements at this price point are:
1. We use NEW large bore DOT aluminum cylinders for the
accumulator/air storage chamber. Not plastic, not tubing, not plumbing pipe fittings.
2. The gauge is a larger, easier to read, precision, stainless steel, liquid filled, vibration and shockproof gauge
. Not a tiny paintball mini gauge.
3. The professional grade valve is a full 1" (With DOUBLE the power and range of
3/4" valves).
4. Our system is designed for 100,000 to one million launches, with no parts
or maintenance under normal use. Repair parts are available if damaged.
5. If desired, OPTIONAL barrels can be interchanged, for t-shirts, tennis
balls, color run, confetti, fishing surf baits, whistling foam rockets, and
more.
6. We typically paint these satin black, unless you need certain color.
7. Free 3-5 day shipping, insured, via UPS. (Instead of 7-14 day 'snail
mail'.)
8. There is still a 5 day handling time, as these are hand built to spec, in
the U.S.A., then tested and painted before shipping!
We usually paint satin black unless another color is requested!
Some fields require a 125 PSI pop off on homemade launchers, however, all pressure parts on these are burst/failure rated for at least 1,000 PSI,
and the air chamber is a DOT3AL Aluminum tank, so the 125 PSI rule should not apply.
OR - SURE, we can swap out a 125 PSI pop off if needed.
Check with your field / ref / inspector before ordering!
The new valve is a commercial 1", heavy-duty, fiber reinforced, shatterproof composite valve, with a 1,000+ PSI burst rating for safety.
(vs the older 3/4" common hardware store PVC plastic based valves that only had a 300 psi or less bursting pressure.)
The trigger button is our own, custom,  patented, +, satin nickel plated, tapered shaft button- like a high flow 'Spyder Magna Valve stem' that opens the larger valve very fast.
(vs the older type .99 bleeder valve that the spudgunners used, - we do not use the basic button on any of our launchers.
The aluminum air chamber is hundreds of times stronger than PVC, and exceeds all specs for a A.S.M.E. Section 3 / OSHA for air receivers, and does not require retesting in this application.
This is mated to the interchangeable barrel that uses the air to send the soft foam Nerf* out to nearly 200 yards!.
This design takes much less air, is much quieter, and is many times safer than launcher that use high pressures, like 300-600 PSI.
The pop off is also upgraded to a A.S.M.E. 150 PSI pop off, that lets you worry less as the gauges age or get beat up.
With the 24" barrel, at 125 PSI, it chrono'ed with a KNR 2.0 rocket at 220 FPS.
With the 24" barrel, and 150 PSI, it chrono'ed 260 FPS.
With a longer barrel, and 150 PSI, it can reach 270-295 FPS.
While that much velocity is not needed, the extra air power allows for the loose fitting, or home made breech loading designs.
Like the super fast, sliding breech loader, for tanks or heavy AT!
This proven design has been used for over 10 years, and is not only accepted as safe, it is very light.
This completed launcher weighs in under six pounds.
In Paintball, Airsoft and MilSim games, soft foam rockets like Nerf*, KNA and other brands are used to simulate a 'grenade' or 'artillery' round.
This design was created by demand for safe version that does not use PVC for the air chamber.
This can be used with any brand of safe soft foam rocket approved for Paintball, Airsoft or MilSim play.
Inquire if your field or insurance company needs or requires an all metal launcher, or documentation of the non-PVC valve construction.
Note* This is not a real launcher or weapon, nor is it capable of being converted into one.
It was not, is not, and cannot be made into a real weapon.
It only launches lightweight items such as soft foam toy rockets for outdoor games.
It will be lightly disassembled and sold as a kit, for safety and shipping considerations.

I am not hating on other designs, nor designers out there. I am offering a safer alternative as more and more places continue to ban homemade launchers.
It is illegal, per OSHA, to use PVC to hold air for any amount of time, even for testing, and that is why they are prohibited at public fields or venues.
Ozone, sunlight, paint, thinner, sanding, scratching, dropping, and repeated stress from filling can eventually cause them to fail, and without warning.
After just a few serious injuries, at major sporting events, 'probably safe' isn't safe enough when the public, and insurance companies are involved.
