The series provides a visual tour through the certified plate proofs created by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing and held in the National Numismatic Collection, National Museum of American History. This book does not show all the plate proofs nor all the variations in the archive. The Book series is intended for educational use only and to assist future researchers.
