UNDATED HAWAII KING KAMEHAMEHA III HAPA HANERI SOUVENIR TOKEN (28MM)

Description

For offer is this bright and lustrous Hawaiian souvenir medal that features the bust of King Kamehameha III and the date of “1847” on the obverse. On the reverse is the words “Hapa Haneri” in a central wreath design. This proof like medal is possibly a copy of an 1847 coin. There are a few spots on the surfaces. Particulars are: plain edge; approximately 28mm in diameter; likely brass composition.
