Vintage ALPEX Albada Camera Accessory Range View Finder Japan W/ Arm. Good condition.  I don't know any specs about it.  Please review all pictures.
Overall it has an approximate diameter of 28mm and thickness of 19.5mm
Lens in front is about 20mm diameter and in back is about 14mm.
Shoe is about 15mm front to back x 18.25mm side to side.
